How do I know my pickup and delivery date?
As soon as a truck has been assigned/dispatched, we will email you a “dispatch notification” with the estimated pick up/loading date along with the trucker driver’s phone number. Also our shipping expert will give you call to inform you about the dates. The truck drivers usually calls a few hours ahead of delivery to notify you of his approximate arrival at your address. Special arrangements can be made upon request.
