When am I eligible for a refund?

  • If your vehicle has not yet been assigned to a truck to be picked up, you will receive a full refund.
  • If your vehicle has been assigned to a truck and a driver is already en route to your vehicle, you will receive a refund of your full deposit minus any fee charged by the carrier for a “dry run”.
